Sushi School: Rice & Sake 101

Sushi School returns to Sub Zero Vodka Bar!

On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from some of St. Louis’ best sushi chefs. April’s class will focus on the different types of rice and rice preparation, and will also include an introduction to sake with tasting. Chef Vu Hoang will teach students how to prepare rice and make nigiri.

Menu:

  • Tempura Veggies
  • Salmon/Hamachi/Ahi Tuna Nigiri
  • Traditional Japanese Dessert
  • Sake pairing with each course

$60 per person, includes hands-on experience, a three-course meal and two drinks.
