Sushi School returns to Sub Zero Vodka Bar!
On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from some of St. Louis’ best sushi chefs. August’s class will focus on sushi service and tradition, as well as plating techniques. Chef Vu Hoang will teach students how to prepare Sashimi-tini and ginger petals/wasabi leaf garnishes, as well as how to plate their rolls.
