Sushi School returns to Sub Zero Vodka Bar!
On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from some of St. Louis’ best sushi chefs.
October’s class will focus on the history of sushi, knife sharpening and preparation, making sushi rice, how to select and cut fish, and, of course, how to roll your own sushi. Students will dine on edamame, miso soup, a makimono roll and two nigiri, while also enjoying a Japanese beer and a sake.

$60 per person, includes hands-on experience, a three-course meal and two drinks.
Class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued if fewer than five people sign up by noon on Monday, Oct. 10. Tickets are non-refundable if class is held.
