Sushi School returns to Sub Zero Vodka Bar!
On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from some of St. Louis’ best sushi chefs. January’s class will focus on the history of sushi, as well as knife sharpening and preparation. Chef Vu Hoang will teach students how to prepare rice, cut fish and roll sushi.

$60 per person, includes hands-on experience, a three-course meal and two drinks.
Class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued if fewer than five people sign up by noon on Monday, Jan. 9.
