Sushi making is a real art form!
On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from St. Louis’ best sushi chefs. March’s class will focus on sushi service and plating techniques. Students will learn to make Sashimi-tini and ginger petals/wasabi leaf garnishes. Guests will also learn how to plate their sushi rolls.
