In the mood for something different? Check out the newly released Zamir Vodka, available now at Sub Zero Vodka Bar.
A traditional Russian wheat vodka, this product is made from American ingredients sourced within walking distance of the New York-based distillery.
From the distiller:
“Zamir Vodka is six times distilled from the finest local heirloom wheat grown a stones throw away from the distilleries front door. Pristine protected water is used as called for in traditional Russian vodka recipes. With a careful attention to balance, the spirit is then charcoal filtered to bring out the subtle nuance of the soft wheat flavors along with melding the water appropriately with the spirit.”
Zamir Vodka was created by Zamir Gotta, well known as Anthony Bourdain’s Russian traveling companion on CNN’s “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” and Travel Channel’s “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations.” He will be signing bottles of the vodka from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 at Sub Zero Vodka Bar.
